The rules
Competition Rules
These rules govern every Premiership Survivor competition, free and paid. They form part of our Terms & Conditions and are accepted when you enter.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Who can enter
You must be 18 years of age or over and resident in the United Kingdom. One account per person. Employees of Survivor Limited and their immediate families may play the free competition but may not win a paid prize fund.
1.2 Knowledge verification
Premiership Survivor is designed as a football knowledge competition and incorporates a football knowledge verification before entry. You must answer the verification question correctly to enter.
1.3 Invitation
During our launch phase, entry to paid competitions is by invitation. You will need a valid invite from an existing player to enter.
2. Entering a competition
2.1 Entries
Each competition is entered by buying one or more entries. Every entry plays independently: it makes its own pick each round and is eliminated on its own. One player may hold a maximum of 10 entries in a single competition.
2.2 Price
Each competition has a published base entry price. The price per entry and your total are displayed before payment, and no other charge is made.
2.3 Joining a competition already in progress
A competition remains open to new entries after it has started. An entry bought after the competition has begun is priced at the base entry price multiplied by the number of rounds already played, so that late entries contribute to the prize fund on the same basis as entries held from the start. The exact price is always shown before payment.
2.4 No purchases once you are in
There are no in-game purchases. You cannot buy additional lives, top up an entry, or repurchase an entry that has been eliminated from a competition.
3. Making your pick
3.1 One pick per entry per round
For each round, each of your surviving entries selects one team from that round's fixture list. Different entries you hold may select different teams.
3.2 No repeated teams
An entry may not select a team it has already used in that competition. If an entry has no unused team available in a round's fixture list, that entry is eliminated.
3.3 The deadline
Each round has a published pick deadline. Picks may be made or changed at any point before the deadline and are final once it passes. Picks are recorded with a server-side timestamp.
3.4 Picks are private until the deadline
No player can see another player's pick before the round's deadline has passed. All picks for a round are revealed together once it does.
3.5 Missing the deadline
An entry with no pick recorded at the deadline is eliminated. It is your responsibility to make your pick in time; reminder emails are a courtesy and not a condition of the competition.
4. Elimination
4.1 The survival rule
If the team an entry selected wins its match, that entry survives to the next round. If that team draws or loses, the entry is eliminated. There is no other way to survive a round.
4.2 Result basis
Rounds are settled on the result at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) of the fixture as officially recorded. Extra time, penalty shoot-outs and any subsequent replay do not affect settlement.
4.3 Elimination is final
An eliminated entry takes no further part in that competition and cannot be reinstated, replaced or repurchased.
5. Settlement and fixture changes
5.1 Source of results
Fixtures and results are taken from an official football data feed and applied identically to every entry in a competition. Settlement is automated; we do not settle entries individually by hand.
5.2 Postponed or abandoned fixtures
If a fixture is postponed or abandoned so that no official result stands when the round is settled, entries that selected a team in that fixture are carried through to the next round rather than eliminated. The team is still treated as used and cannot be selected again by that entry.
5.3 Corrections
If an official result is corrected after a round has been settled, we will re-settle the affected round where it is practical to do so. If a later round has already begun, the original settlement stands.
5.4 Obvious error
We may correct an entry, a pick or a settlement that is affected by an obvious technical error, and will tell affected players when we do.
6. Winning
6.1 Last entry standing
A competition is won when exactly one entry remains. The player holding that entry wins the prize fund.
6.2 If every remaining entry is eliminated
If all remaining entries are eliminated in the same round, the competition ends with no winner and the prize fund rolls over — see section 8.
6.3 If the competition cannot continue
If more than one entry survives but the competition cannot continue — for example the season's fixtures are exhausted or the competition is abandoned — the prize fund is shared equally between the surviving entries.
7. The prize fund
7.1 How it is created
Prize funds are created from competition entry fees. Every entry paid into a competition adds its full entry price to that competition's prize fund. Survivor Limited does not contribute to, take a position in, or bet against any competition.
7.2 What the winner receives
The winner receives the published prize fund less the clearly disclosed platform service fee of 10% — that is, 90% of the fund. The fee is shown on the entry page before you pay.
7.3 Verification and payment
Before paying, we verify the winning entry against the competition record and confirm the account holder's identity and age. Prizes are paid by bank transfer to an account in the winner's own name, normally within 5 working days of verification. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative or substitute is offered.
7.4 Entries added by us
Any entry issued by us at no charge — for example to correct a technical fault — does not add to the prize fund.
8. Rollovers
8.1 What happens
When a competition ends with no winner, the prize fund carries forward into a new competition of the same entry level.
8.2 Entering the new competition
The new competition is a separate competition requiring a separate, optional entry. No player is entered automatically and no player is charged automatically.
8.3 Returning players
Players who held a surviving entry in the round that triggered the rollover may enter the new competition at the base entry price, for up to the number of entries they held. Any further entries, and all entries by players who were not in that round, are priced under rule 2.3.
9. Conduct
9.1 One account per person
Holding more than one account, or entering through another person's account, is not permitted. We may close duplicate accounts, void their entries and refund their entry fees.
9.2 Automation and interference
Automated entry or picking, and any attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform, will result in the entry being voided and the account closed.
10. Changes, cancellation and disputes
10.1 Changes to these rules
We may change these rules for future competitions. The rules in force when you entered a competition continue to apply to that competition.
10.2 Cancellation
If we cancel a competition before it begins, all entry fees for that competition are refunded in full.
10.3 Disputes
If you disagree with a settlement or a payment, contact us at support@premiershipsurvivor.com. We will review it against the competition record and explain our decision. See Payments & Disputes for how this works and what evidence we hold.
