Terms & Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Survivor Limited for the use of Premiership Survivor. By creating an account or entering a competition you accept them.

Last updated 28 July 2026 · Survivor Limited · Company no. 17342568

1. Who we are

Premiership Survivor is operated by Survivor Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17342568. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Survivor Limited, and “you” means the person holding an account.

You can contact us at any time at support@premiershipsurvivor.com.

2. What Premiership Survivor is

Premiership Survivor is designed as a football knowledge competition that incorporates a football knowledge verification before entry. Entrants select one football team per round and progress or are eliminated according to the published Competition Rules, which form part of these terms.

We run both free-to-enter competitions and paid-entry competitions. Prize funds in paid competitions are created from entry fees, as set out in section 7.

3. Eligibility

3.1

You must be 18 years of age or over and resident in the United Kingdom to hold an account or enter any competition.

3.2

You may hold one account only, in your own name, with accurate details. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password secure.

3.3

We may ask you at any time to verify your identity, age or address, and we will do so before paying a prize. We may suspend an account or withhold a prize until verification is complete.

3.4

If we find that an account holder is under 18, we will close the account, void any entries and refund the entry fees paid.

4. Your account

4.1

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of entry fees for competitions that have already begun.

4.2

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms or the Competition Rules, fraudulent activity, or an attempt to interfere with the operation of a competition. Where we do so, we will tell you why.

5. Entering a competition

Entry, picks, elimination, settlement, winning and rollovers are all governed by the Competition Rules. Please read them — they are part of this agreement, and by entering a competition you agree to be bound by the version in force at the time you entered.

There are no in-game purchases. You cannot buy additional lives, top up an entry, or repurchase an entry that has been eliminated. A single player may hold no more than 10 entries in one competition.

6. Payment

6.1

The price per entry, the number of entries and the total payable are shown before you pay. No other amount is charged, and there is no subscription, recurring payment or stored balance.

6.2

Payments are processed by a third-party PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details. Your entry is issued once the provider confirms payment and we have verified the amount against the price for that competition.

6.3

Because a competition entry is digital content supplied immediately with your consent, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once the entry has been issued. This does not affect your other legal rights, or our refund commitments in Payments & Disputes.

6.4

If a payment is taken in error, duplicated, or taken without an entry being issued, we will refund it in full to the original payment method.

7. Prize funds

7.1

Prize funds are created from competition entry fees. The winner receives the published prize fund less the clearly disclosed platform service fee of 10%.

7.2

Prizes are paid by bank transfer to an account in the winner's own name, normally within 5 working days of us verifying the winning entry and the winner's identity. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative or substitute is offered.

7.3

You are responsible for any tax that may arise on a prize in your personal circumstances.

8. Fair play

You must not use automated software to create an account, enter a competition or make picks; hold or use more than one account; enter through another person's account; or take any step intended to interfere with a competition or the platform. Entries made in breach of this section may be voided.

9. Availability of the service

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Where a technical fault prevents picks being made before a deadline, we will extend the deadline or carry affected entries through, whichever is fairer in the circumstances, and will tell affected players what we have done.

10. Your data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. Cookies are covered by our Cookie Policy.

11. Our liability

11.1

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11.2

Subject to 11.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a competition is limited to the entry fees you paid for that competition, plus any prize properly due to you under the Competition Rules.

11.3

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss arising from your failure to make a pick before a published deadline.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, email support@premiershipsurvivor.com. We aim to acknowledge within one working day and to resolve or explain within five. If you are not satisfied with our answer, tell us and we will review it at a senior level.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If we do, we will publish the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and where the change is significant we will email account holders. The terms in force when you entered a competition continue to govern that competition.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
